The cop proceeded to tell us we were in a stolenvehicle and for my husband to please step out of the car. H e told m e to put myhands up on the dashboard and keep them there. So I did.He searched my boyfriend head to toe and puts him in the back of thepolice car. He comes for me now and yells at me a little and tells m e to get out ofthe car and puts me in the back of the police car and handcuffs m e to my John,my boyfriend. He asks if there is anything we want to tell him about before hesearches the car. I jeered at John, because in my mind he was a thief.The policeman searches the car and finds a box and comes back andsays he thought there was nothing in the car to be found. Meanwhile I am literallyon the verge of an anxiety attack because I am thinking this was a set up, hesnot a real cop, were going to jail on Christmas morning and never going to beabl e to get out,eStatus: 20
